frylich 9 Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 (edited) Hello, everyone, I unfortunately created an error in the library and don't know how to solve the problem. I did the following steps: - files to be deleted copied (backup) - removed entries in the emby app - run library scan - files copied back from backup without meta-files - run library scan again - entries now recognized correctly in and displayed in "latest films/series" Now to my problem: The new entries are only displayed in the library if the filter is set to "last added", but not with other filters such as "A-Z". the entries are also not found via the search. I hope for your support. Edited August 15, 2022 by frylich

frylich 9 Posted August 16, 2022 Author Posted August 16, 2022 (edited) Hey Luke what kind of detail is missing? If you mean a title, lets pick these two (yellow marked): - sorted by last added episode: - sorted by title => not displayed: EDIT: I must correct myself, the two titles can be found by search: Edited August 16, 2022 by frylich
ebr 16195 Posted August 16, 2022 Posted August 16, 2022 Hi. Can you please show us the entire screen? Those small cut outs do not allow us to see the context. Thanks.
Solution ebr 16195 Posted August 16, 2022 Solution Posted August 16, 2022 When sorted by title, go to the "C" entries. Do you see "El Chapo" and "A Christmas Carol" there?

Happy2Play 9783 Posted August 16, 2022 Posted August 16, 2022 The behavior can be changed by editing your system.xml and refreshing your media. But yes by default these articles are removed from sorting. <SortRemoveWords> <string>the</string> <string>a</string> <string>an</string> <string>das</string> <string>der</string> <string>el</string> <string>la</string> </SortRemoveWords>
