Can't connect to Emby for Android TV app 'error connecting to server'

I'm using Nvidia Shield Pro and I'm trying to connect my server using Emby for Android TV app and when I put in my server's IP address I get error connecting to server. Emby Server app is also installed on  Shield. I  previously had a external hard drive plugged directly into the Shield, now I have a Windows 7 pc where that hard drive is connected which contain my library files. The Emby server also runs on this pc. Now when I open up the Server app on the shield the IP address is the Shield IP address and not the pc IP address. Please help me understand what I'm doing incorrectly and how to fix this.

I figured it out. It was a firewall issue. Thanks
