wont go fullscreen

emby opens on my 2nd monitor.   i drag over to my main and go fullscreen....   my taskbar is still visable no matter what i do.  bottom righ fulllscreen button or top right fullscreen button.

3.0.15

tried

1.1.430  

and full screen works,  but

pops up the frame in the screen constantly and sometimes wont go away .

doesnt have advanced video playback option like 3.0.15 does.  the video plays more choppy and not as smooth. 

Edit--

unistalling 3.0.15.

went into C:\Users\mysuername\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Theater

and deleted that folder then reinstalled and now 3.0.15 goes full screen just fine.  the pic attached is from 1.1.430 

 

i had unistalled multiple times before but manually removing that folder fixed it.
