Unable to download UK EPG data

The error is "There was an error downloading TV lineups. Please ensure your information is correct and try again." Post code is SW1A 1AA and I have a valid premier subscription (tried without and without a space).

Hi, are you sure the zip code has a space in it? Are you in the UK? Try just adding using the second half of it.

Yes UK post codes have a space, First half worked.
