Hello, since the last update, when I go forward or back there are no more images on the thumbnail than the time of the film.
I looked at the options on the server and the player but I did not find anything to put this option back.
Please let me know if this is possible?

Hi Luke, on the phone(IOS), the web application and the windows 10 application it is the same.

We only see time, no images.

It happened since an update.

Hi Luke, I only saw one option in media library, movies and video thumbnails.
I changed the options and restarted the server, nothing changed.

After changing those options you'll need to refresh metadata on existing content.
