Having Issues detecting new content

I noticed recently Emby will not detect new content. I have tried a fresh install and nothing seems to work. I'm running the official Emby docker on Unraid i will also include a log file from a fresh install. I have tried adding new content to test and it still doesn't detect. Shows currently missing are Moon knight for example and others. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

@cherritaker You have a permissions issue, looks like everything in /mnt/Shows (158 shows).

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/mnt/Shows/Moon Knight' is denied.
	 ---> System.IO.IOException: Permission denied
