Transcoding triggered since Emby Server 4.7.0.20

Hi,

I have recently mentioned that a video file that could be played without a transcoding some time ago triggers transcoding with the latest Emby server. I managed to find the version since which the issue started: 4.7.0.20 (When I install 4.7.0.19, the video file is playable without transcoding). Logs are in the attachments.

Setup:
