login issues

i made a account through emby connect and use the id and password to login...then i got screen to select the server, i selected then another login window popped up and when i entered the same login info in that...it showed as invalin id or password...how do i fix this? pls and thx

Hi.  Where is your server installed?  Can you login without using Connect?

hii! i am not sure where it is installed...like, i open a incognito tab, and app.emby.media and i can login using my login info but after this screen comes the option to select server, once i click on the server name, it asks me to login again (http://app.emby.media/#!/startup/manuallogin.html?serverId=d7021ad1ba884a1795754b49a8603241) with this url, and when i enter the same login info, it shows that the info is invalid

I would guess that, for some reason the owner of the server has invalidated you login or changed your password. You should contact the server's owner to see what is wrong.

Hi.  Yes, the server is either unreachable or your login is failing.  Please contact the owner of the server.

hii!! yes, i contacted the server owner and they gave enter server manually- code and port thingy and it worked
