QNAP 4.7.1 update error

hi everyone, when i try to update the server to 4.7.1, after upload and instllation, it is stuck at 45% of instllation and can not carry on, i tried to reboot the NAS but still can not work, i am so sure i downloaded the correct version of the server, please help.  check the picture.

hi luke,looks like the network of my nas had some delay and it will be stuck at 45%, after i reboot my router and install it again, then it works.
