Safari: clicking web interface causes video to skip ahead

In Safari (latest version) if while a video's playing I single click to pause/unpause or double click to switch to full screen, the video advances. Sometimes by a minute, sometimes two, the timing's arbitrary but the behavior's consistent.

No problems in Firefox.

Latest beta has the same issue.

Huh, that made me investigate.

Quitting and re-opening solved it, strange.
