Folder.jpgs deleted, Folder.pngs created

Could MB3 have done this. (deleted the folder.jpg? downloaded folder.png?)

Strange it only affected soundtracks and only some of soundtracks.

i dont have any other software fetching (that i know of)

I've seen this as well.  I have also had problems trying to replace (Delete and Upload) the folder.png with a folder.jpg using the web UI...

Looks like the symptom is more widespread and continuing. I have checked my backups so i know these files are changing, the images also match lastfm..My suspicion over mb3 is raised further by the match to lastfm. Perhaps the dates are matching the metadata refresh period of MB3. I am almost certain that MB3 is the only application i have fetching artist images (wmp could do albums although i have this swicthed off). Is  MB3's responisbility even feasible?

FWIW i also notice that MB3 is no longer respecting music artist image metadata stored in collection for artists, instead a full rebuild resulted in new images downloaded to IBN from lastfm? and used in the web ui for artists.
