Hi JG,

I don't think the Google Drive plugin is still available. Google is constantly changing their screens around and moving things as well as changing features.  That makes it difficult to keep a plugin like this constantly working. No heads up pages are changing so the only way you know is when the plugin stops working or more often the case, get setup following the KB article as it will become out of date.

The Google Drive plugin wasn't what a lot of people thought it was and would discover this after having made it through the setup. Simply put what many people want and thought it did was allow them to use media stored on Google vs local.  That is not what the plugin was for but instead was more of a sync so anything added local would get backed up to Google Cloud but still needed to be local for playback.

None of the cloud syncing or access needs to be in Emby to get the same overall functionality.  You can setup Rclone (open source and platform agnostic) to access a lot of different services including Google Drive and make the files appear local to the OS.  As long as you grant Emby Server read or read/write access to this it can use the files just as if they were local.

Rclone can also be used to sync files, copy, move and many other "cloud" based features you may want.  It's kind of pointless to duplicate this functionality in Emby Server directly with Rclone being available and so easy to setup and use. Besides just Google Drive, this works with: 1Fichier, Akamai Netstorage, Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) Object Storage System (OSS), Amazon Drive, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Box, Ceph, Citrix ShareFile, C14, DigitalOcean Spaces, Digi Storage, Dreamhost, Dropbox, Enterprise File Fabric, FTP, Google Cloud Storage, Google Drive, Google Photos, HDFS, HTTP, Hubic, Jottacloud, IBM COS S3, Koofr, Mail.ru Cloud, Memset Memstore, Mega, Memory, Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft OneDrive, Minio, Nextcloud, OVH, OpenDrive, OpenStack Swift, Oracle Cloud Storage, ownCloud, pCloud, premiumize.me, put.io, QingStor, Rackspace Cloud Files, rsync.net, Scaleway, Seafile, Seagate Lyve Cloud, SeaweedFS, SFTP, Sia, StackPath, Storj, SugarSync, Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS), Uptobox, Wasabi, WebDAV, Yandex Disk, Zoho WorkDrive, The local filesystem.

So I'd definitely look at using Rclone for anything cloud related as a first step as it will likely do what you want and then some.

Pois é,eu tentei instalar o rclone na minha vps,só que na configuração não está gerando o link de autorização para o Google drive,já usei rclone várias vezes em vps, dessa vez não está dando certo.

With a VPS or virtual machine you often need to copy the URL used to generate the auth to your local machine to run.  Then after running it locally you plug in the values back to your VPS install.
