lharris 3 Posted April 8, 2022 Posted April 8, 2022 (edited) Hi, I had emby start acting funny, so I logged into the VM and found that all the disk was used. C:\Users\emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\transcoding-temp had 6,388 items totaling 12.1GB. I recently switched from software to hardware transcoding with an M4000 presented to the VM via VMWare ESXi. It has worked flawlessly. The VM runs on a Dell R720xd, I've allocated 8xE5-2670 cores, 8GB of RAM, and 80GB of disk that is backed by a Dell Perc h710 with 8x1 TB SSD's in RAID 6. The library is on an R510 with a lot of spinning storage, interconnected with 10GB With disk space running out a lot of logs were zero byte, but I've zipped up everything that had content and I'll attach it. Hopefully it will help improve emby. For now I'll just nuke the contents of the folder and restart emby. embyserver-logs that were not 0 bytes.zip Edited April 8, 2022 by lharris
