MACOS app (Mac app store) won't connect to server anymore

Hi There,

I can't connect my macOS app (from the Mac App Store) to my Emby server.

I get a username/password problem. 

 

All other devices connect flawless to this server with that account, only the macOS app fails.

 

Any help?

Why is it trying to connect via EMBY.CONNECT?? I don't want that.

By the way, The Web client in Safari just connects perfectly

same problem here. Emby safari & chrome work fine. Will get to debugging this weekend if it isnt an obvious beta fix.

Are you using a reverse proxy?

yeah, its been working for ages though. Did anything change in the last few revisions Luke?

OSX version Version 2.1.2 (1)

EDIT: Went back to 4.7.0.21 and it exits same problem. Will debug the reverse proxy setup which has caused issues like this in the past too.

Yes I do, all device work great via the Reverse Proxy (nginx)
