Emby folders have disappeared

Hello, I've used Emby for years and have set it up countless times. The other day one of my folder disappeared from my movies folder no biggie I deleted it and added it back. But Emby couldn't read the file. Again no problem. I took the hard drive off of that computer and moved all the contents of that folder to another folder and changed the name. Didn't matter because it didn't work. Next I Uninstalled and re-installed Emby. Now it won't see any of the files that were in that folder but "Horror" for some odd reason. Even when I separated the folders individually, it still doesn't see the content. The only file it will see is the Horror.

Hey Luke, thank you for getting back to me. Turns out my hard drive was corrupt. Once I moved to two different computers, I realized it wasn't Emby. The problem was on my end. It only took 12 hours of uninstalling and reinstalling to figure it out. LOL. Thank you! you guys are awesome!
