Movie metadata not working

Hello, I can't get emby to download the movie metadata.
I created this simple folder with 3 test movies, library set as Movies, I tried everything but the self metadata is not completed. I also changed the server's http port because I read a post in this forum, but nothing.
I connect remotely via cellular connection, so the web links are working I think.
Do you have a solution?

Hi there, how many Emby libraries have you created, and what folder paths did you add to each one?

I attach libraries, they are all set as "personal photos and videos" except "film" which is set as "Film"

You cannot have library path which is subfolder of another library path, they need to be same-level; delete library that has path "D:\" or change that path to something else, like "D:\Others" (and move files accordingly), after which your movies within library with "D:\Film" will show.
