Old and deleted subs still displayed

Hello,

I recently replaced a movie file "The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring (2001).mkv" with a newer file, 4K and deleted the old movie and all subtitles as now all subtitles are included in the new movie file.

When I open the movie in Emby-Windows  the old subs are included in the subs window although they do not exist. If I choose them then nothing is displayed. How can I stop the old subtitles get listed?

Can you show a screenshot? 

But all that is needed is a library scan to read the new file.  If the subtitles do not reside with media then that is a different story.

The subtitle was included in the file. I analysed the file with another and found it. Mea Culpa!!!
