Hello Emby staff and users:

I don't have a lot a knowledge with emby so I need your guys help, because I been trying for months to keep my vps online but I guess it has to be on both ends to keep it online, this is my info: I do have a Emby Premiere

1- I do have around 40% of my video in MKV formats with 2 audios and subs ( I do prefer MKV formats)

2- I been using rclone mounted with google drive (500 GB) so far but my goals is more than 4 TB

3-  VPS info: Linux Ubuntu 20.04 X86 64 Min Gen2 V1 with 4G  MEMORY RAM, 4 CPU(s) and 100 GB SSD (I do believe memory ram is the problem)

4- So far I do have 6 users active, not using the app at the same time, but I will have more users later on.

Questions

1- Is it better to have your own domain hosted, instead of the i.p from the VPS ?

2- What can I do with the MKV file, command related if this file consume a lot of bandwidth..

3- What are the best requirements to install it in a VPS, memory ram, OS, etc.

Hi, as a test, can you try removing the Dlna plugin, then restart the server and see how that compares? Thanks.

This would be due to "Detected local ip addresses" containing WAN address, correct?
