I think I Broke Something :/

Hi all been using emby for several years now, got all my library and collections set up nicely,

this past week I have decided to start ripping my 4K UHD's into 1:1 quality with 100+Mbit bitrates

I tried a few of these in Emby and they were a stuttering mess, looking through the forums I noticed that I should be direct playing them, I tested out the files emby struggled with in Kodi with direct path access and they worked flawlessly

so I removed my old Movie Library Path of

z:\Media\Movies (Mapped Network drive on the windows box emby runs)

and put in the direct UNC path of my Ubuntu Server

\\THEMACHINE\Media\Movies

 

out of 2500+ movies only a few got identified and all my collections have disappeared,

I did notice however if I go in and I go into a few movies and identify them (lets say John Wick 1/2/3) they find the old collection I had set up and even the position played i had left them in

and they no longer stutter and state I am direct playing

my question is, can I do a bulk edit or do I have to manually search and edit each movie, thank you very much

Im an Idiot and got spooked to easily, performed a library update  and besides 2 or 3 movies everything came back including custom collections i had set up
