Did not receive Keys

I have already purchase monthly subscription fee of $9.02 via google PlayStore for Emby Premiere. But until now, i have yet to receive any keys to activate. Have email billingsupport@emby.media, they request my transaction id. I have provided them the ID, but no response from them after that. Anyone can assist?

That seems a bit steep for monthly subscription? Anyway, if you already mailed billingsupport, I'd just be patient a bit, you'll surely get a reply. Also, do check your spam folder for either the key or return mail.
