Scrubbing thumbnails not showing on any video

I am running Emby 4.6.7.0 on Linux. I have a "Home videos & photos" library, as well as Movies library, and a TV Shows library.

Video Preview Thumbnail generation is turned on for all the libraries:

 

I can see Emby's FFMPEG process often consuming lots of CPU power (whenever I add new media to one of the libraries) and generating preview thumbnails.

/var/lib/cache/emby/images/resized-images/

weighs around 600MB and contains around 14,000 image files.

Despite all of that, I can not get scrubbing video preview thumbnails to show up on any of the video files I play. I have tried using Chrome/Firefox on desktop, as well as Chrome on Android and the official Emby Android app.

What can I do to debug this further? I have attached the latest server log to this post. Thanks.

This issue was caused by a filesystem permission error on my part, sorry.
