Installation on TS-251D with Firmware 4.5.4.1892 hangs at 45%

Hello,

I tried twice to install emby-server-qnap_4.6.7.0_x86_64.qpkg on a QNAP TS-251D with Firmware 4.5.4.1892. The installation progress stopped both times at 45%. The only thing I can do, is to abort the installation.

Any hints?

Hi, can you try rebooting the NAS and then try again? Is QTS fully up to date?

How long should the installation take?

I am installing over the QNAP web UI - App Center - Install Manually. Is this the correct way?

Sometimes this kind of thing ends up working if you give it another try.

I tried often enough this way. I will try using the command line - as soon as I understand, how to use the -A option of qpkg_cli. It tells me, it would need a parameter, but -help does not list any for this option.

Still looking for a way, to see what‘s going wrong. Can‘t get qpkg_cli to skip the cert-test.

After changing some settings on my NAS that caused other problems and after installing the Multimedia Console, I gave it another try and the installation finished. Don't know, which of these changes helped.
