folder choosing

Ok,  so setting up first Movie library and naming the first one "Action Movies".  My folder structure on my HDD is "Movies\Action\(movie folder name)\movie name.mp4.....  Do I choose the Parent folder "Action" or do I have to choose each individual movie folder name when adding to Action Movies library?  Sorry if this is a stupid question.....

You choose parent folder "Action" as library path.
