Solution BillIsTheAdminW 0 Posted December 16, 2021 Solution Posted December 16, 2021 I have had a problem creating a new movie library folder for about a month now. I have created 14 various folders, movies ,Tv shows, personal videos already over the last year with no problems but it seems that since the last update I haven't been able to create any new Library Folders that appear in the client side of Emby. When I go into the Admin side and create the folder, as I have many times before, the folder is created and is populated after I scan it. Then I check the client side and it is not there. I reboot the Emby server but no change. I am running Version 4.6.7.0 on a Synology NAS . I see 2 BETA versions available 4.6.7.18 and 4.6.7.19 . Are they stable ? Can anyone tell me if this has happened to anyone else? If so is there a work around or even better a fix for this problem.
Carlo 4560 Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Hi, have you checked the client side permissions and granted the user access to the new library? How about checking to make sure the user has no filtering? 1
