wollabille 17 Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Dear Admins Im having this issue with the Emby key is missing or invalid I tried to follow the suggestions from this page https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001173116-my-emby-key-says-it-is-invalid-or-missing but without luck. I have privacy badger in Chrome. But disabled it and also tried to follow the instructions via Firefox. I checked my paypal and can verify that my last payment was the 13th of november and has been payed automatically the 13th every month. I tried to mail the billingsupport but havent heard anything yet. therefor the post. Hope you can help

Can you post a server log so we can check if you are having other issue?
pwhodges 2014 Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 A common reason for verification failure is a firewall blocking outward access to mb3admin.com, which is where the check is made. If it's not privacy badger, maybe you have something else there as well? Paul

But havent heard from them yet! @pwhodges Where i have the server installed my chrome is clear of extensions. And i have used Unify since day one without problems and i havent done any changes. @Happy2Play Log provided. embyserver.txt
