danergo 37 Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Hi! My camera upload was working quite ok, but it always failed to upload large files. Then I suddenly noticed a bugfix about this issue, and upgraded to Emby Server 4.6.7.0. I have cleaned my Android app (cleared the cache and data), and restarted it. Camera uploads are not started, doesn't matter what I'm doing: I have ticked/unticked/ticked my Emby Server in Android (in camera upload) I have rebooted Emby Server many times I have done many library rescans I have deleted my phone from the Emby server, that also removed the camera upload folder But no matter what I'm doing, upload simply doesn't start. However, after shooting a new photo, it gets uploaded immediately. So uploading works, just I have made some bad things by removing the old ones. It seems Emby Server "remembers" on what files were already uploaded. Can I somehow force Emby Server to forget those, and let them being reuploaded? Thank you!
Luke 42081 Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Hi, the server keeps the camera upload history internally. We're going to have to add a dedicated reset button for the device if you want to clear it and have them all upload again.
danergo 37 Posted November 30, 2021 Author Posted November 30, 2021 Thanks, that sounds awesome. May we know where exactly Emby stores that info? Thank you!

Thank you! Try searching the server's data folder for camerauploads.json and deleting whatever you find. 1
gihayes 47 Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I was having a similar problem. I had redone my computer and Emby Upload had stopped working for me. I had gathered all my logs and screenshots and was ready to post when I found this. It worked!! My devices are uploading again. Thanks!! 1
