Buongiorno

come mai ho accesso completo sui dispositivi mobili mentre invece dall TV mi chiede di comprare abbonamento a premiere ? 
E' necessario acquistare l'abbonamento per vederei film dal server ? non capisco...

To enable full playback in Android TV app, you don't need Premiere subscription, but can purchase a one-off App unlock, see here:

Click on your User top-right, 'Unlock app' should be the last option in the dropdown, IIRC.

buongiorno, ho lo stesso problema, ho letto in altri post che è a pagamento, non capisco perchè dovrei pagare per vedere i miei film da pc a tv.

Hi.  There are many free ways for you to do this but, if you wish to use a sophisticated system like Emby to provide you with all the features that it does, then that takes time, resources and effort on the part of many and this is not free.

Certo, infatti metto l'harddisk alla tv oppure uso un cavo hdmi, però se voglio opzioni extra mi va bene pagare, ma se voglio vedere i miei film no.
