My Android client cannot remotely access the DDNS resolved server

Hello, please kindly ask: my Android client or browser can not use DDNS domain name resolution remote login, but through IP can normally login.
On the PC side there is no such problem, whether DDNS or IP, are normal login.
When the Android client uses the DDNS address to connect, the message "Connection failed, we cannot connect to the selected server. Make sure it is running and try again".
And through the content I saw in the forum post, I detected the port, it is normal.

Your ISP is not blocking port 8096

At the same time, I NAS, QB, virtual machines and other devices, DDNS remote access can be normal! It means my router mapping is ok.
My English is not good, through the translation software. The expression may not be smooth, please understand! At the same time, when replying, please explain the processing method or operation steps in detail, thank you

Hi, what I would try and do is install a browser on your shield if you don't have one already.
Puffin TV Browser is especially good as it works well with a remote.

Now that you have a browser open try to open your Emby server on the web browser as a test.  Enter it just like you would on a pc browser http(s)://some.domain.com:8096

Do you get a login page or an error that it can't find your host/domain?

Is this Android TV or Android (a mobile device)?  HTTP or HTTPS?

The following images are all remotely accessed
The first one is a remote PC browser, which can be opened and logged in normally.
The remaining three are all remotely accessed from an Android phone, the first is from the phone's browser, and it only shows a black page,The input address is http://Mydomain:8096, jump address is http://Mydomain:8096/web/index.html, but can't jump landing interface.
The second and third ones are for android mobile APP login, the connection failed.
And in the same Android phone APP, with public IP access, also can be logged in normally. but that the DDNS domain name is abnormal, and my home broadband is dynamic IP.
At present, it is tested in three different networks under the group hui, but it cannot be remotely accessed by DDNS through AAP, while the router uses ROS, Aikuai and H3C

What do you mean by "jump address"? If that's a redirection service forget about trying to use it.

Your mobile connection is showing a domain setup but your server is setup using IP.
These should match.  If you are going to use a domain, enter that in Network menu domain name field.

It may be that my description is wrong, http://Mydomain:8096, the address after opening is the following, http://Mydomain:8096/web/index.html, not like the URL in the first picture to log in interface

Does Emby dashboard show the remote connection using the same domain?
