Homescreen - TV Shows Have Thumb w ClearArt Overlaid

It's hard to sum this up, but all of my automatically downloaded thumb images have the show's logo on them.  And then the new version also overlays the clearart on top of it.  So I end up with this disaster:

 

 

Not so terrible on all of them (though I still don't like it on any), but for the ones where it's on top of something (Masters of Sex, Wilfred, Rectify, Twin Peaks), it looks hideous.
