Infinite loading loop when changing images

For whatever reason when I try changing the image of a show/movie or something I just get a infinite loading animation and the image doesn't change. Any ideas?

Uhm well weird fix I guess. If I "Identify" an entry and make sure the "Replace images" is selected, then I can change the images after that easily...
