This theme is awesome!

Two minor nitpicks:

1) In admin menu, the text is rather hard to read:

2) Is there any way to fix/permanent collapse the left menubar?

3) Would it be possible to integrate any external resources (such as images from "i.imgur.com" and the Google Font) within the CSS to get it also working in offline environments? I think it shouldn't matter whatever it's loading the resources straight from CSS file or externally.

Good to know

• I only use Chrome so I can't guarantee this CSS works as expected in other browsers. 
• If you want the sidebar menu to look like in the screens, make sure to pin the sidebar.
• Watched badge/banderoll is inverted which means that the badge will not be shown if media have been watched, like in Plex.

Nice Job, I was starting to get tired of Emby, this theme just gave it life. But you could have just left the Dashboard with the original Emby Theme
