Easy way to compare two libraries?

I am trying to compare two movie libraries, one has local, high res movies, and the other has the same movies that have been encoded to a lower bit rate for streaming.  I want to make sure every movie exists in each library, but because of file naming I am having a hard time comparing them side by side.  Is there an easy way possibly in Emby that I am missing that will help me do this?  I can scroll through the report in Emby, but this will take a long time with a few thousand movies so I was hoping there might be some feature to compare the two libraries and report any movies that are missing.

Hi, I don't know anyway to do this in Emby but you could make a copy of your library.db and then use SQL on a copy of the db to get this info.

You would need to know SQL however.

Use the reports tool to export the list of all your movies to Excel?  This would be pretty easy to do there.
