When using Microsoft edge browser to play HEVC video without transcoding, the screen flickers.
The effect is shown in the attachment.
The HEVC plug-in in the Microsoft Store has been installed.
Tests on different devices all have the same problem.
Play normally with Android app.
By choosing a lower bit rate or resolution, the video can be played normally after transcoding.
H.264 video can be played normally.
Want to know if there is a way to solve or say that this is a Microsoft edge problem?
