Leaderboard

If I previously paid for an app unlock on the Android TV app (on my Google Chromecast), will that unlock credit apply if I switch to the Standard Android app? Or will it count towards the 5-device free limit? Is there anywhere I can see how many devices are counted towards the server limit? From the server Devices config, I just see a complete list of every device that has ever connected. Is there a way to kick a device off the list?
