Possibly they are referring to 'End Credit' outros, which most shows have. Existing functionality in the Intro Skip (Plugin version) that detected end credits and created a marker for them. The Android TV app currently makes use of this end credit marker and can offer to skip to the next ep without waiting for the default t-minus 40sec FR for the feature to be implemented into Core version here:
