  2. I was going to jump onto the ATV train for a second because I've had some very bad experiences with the cross-platform android app when it comes to ASS subtitles, like unreadable, freezing the playback bad. But that was on version .40, so I thought "Well wouldn't hurt to try .43 before I jump on the bandwagon" and, again, hats of to the android team! Don't know if you guys did anything on your side (couldn't see anything on the github related to this) or if my Shield just acted up but it displayed the subtitles as well as my Galaxy S10+ did just now. Though this: ...still stands. Navigating the player OSD was laggy, and uncomfortably so. This being a Shield I doubt it's under-powered and my Shield Experience 9 update hasn't plagued me in any way. Adjusting sure, not just in a passable manner at the moment. I do just want to reiterate that the cross-platform app is almost everything I ever wanted the ATV app to be, the buttons a notch too big, the animations too aggressive (enhances the objects "a lot") and within a season the pictures clip to the edge of an episode card. If it gets the polish required to even just nudge the stability and fluidity of what it's like to navigate ATV app I'd jump ship immediately.
