While my family rebooted the Synology and are able to use it at home, I continue to receive the following message: This site can’t be reached username.synology.me took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT What can I do to resolve it?
