MAX92 59
Luke 37118
Hi, it looks like your server can't transcode this quickly enough. Try setting the quality setting to something 1080p so the conversion is 4k to 1080p instead of 4k to 4k.
MAX92 59
I'm not agree with you. All is perfect when my server transcode but on Microsoft Chrome there is not transcode, direct flow.
Carlo 4330
Hi, did you try what Luke said? What does Stats for Nerds show you when doing that?

There is an open ticket filed with Microsoft about poor performance with hevc and Edge.
MAX92 59
What will be great is to force trancode, is it possible in new version ?
Luke 37118
Only by lowering the quality setting.
