I've  had a problem for  a while now  with the Settings Theme maintaining it's settings. I'll set the theme to Dark or anything else and it will go back to the Light theme. The same is true of the 'Screen Saver' setting and 'Enable Backdrops'. I attached a screenshot of the affected settings.
