DS918+ H/W transcoding become very slow after upgrade emby to 4.5.4.0

Hi, I just upgrade my emby server to 4.5.4.0. But I found the hardware trancoding fps becomes very slow, the dashboard shows that I was using H/W transcoding, I don`t know why.

Hi, if you turn off subtitles, how does that compare?
