jlficken 3
LiveTV has been working great except that it seems to hate KOLN-TV (10.6) locally. It appears to be transcoding as the GPU is showing activity, however, it just never starts playing. Where can I look to troubleshoot this? I'm running a P2000 and Emby is running as an UnRAID docker. I see this in the log: 2020-11-11 10:31:08.712 Info LiveTV: Streaming Channel hdhr_10.6 2020-11-11 10:31:08.712 Info LiveTV: Live stream native_4cda86bfdf379d61c5eb95634e2483c4_1027be9c87728ffa52fa89a1359ba773 consumer count is now 4 2020-11-11 10:31:08.714 Info MediaSourceManager: Live stream opened: {"Protocol":"Http","Id":"native_4cda86bfdf379d61c5eb95634e2483c4_1027be9c87728ffa52fa89a1359ba773","Path":"http://127.0.0.1:8096/LiveTv/LiveStreamFiles/51fb4e671a9b4927b0f99dda2b79ac71/stream.ts","Type":"Default","Container":"mpegts","IsRemote":false,"ContainerStartTimeTicks":15936669560,"SupportsTranscoding":true,"SupportsDirectStream":true,"SupportsDirectPlay":false,"IsInfiniteStream":true,"RequiresOpening":true,"RequiresClosing":true,"LiveStreamId":"06044cf0e6f93cdae5f285c9ecfaaeb4_01413a525b3a9622ce6fdf19f7dde354_native_4cda86bfdf379d61c5eb95634e2483c4_1027be9c87728ffa52fa89a1359ba773","RequiresLooping":false,"SupportsProbing":false,"MediaStreams":[{"Codec":"mpeg2video","TimeBase":"1/90000","CodecTimeBase":"0/1","VideoRange":"SDR","DisplayTitle":"MPEG2VIDEO","IsInterlaced":false,"BitRate":20000000,"RefFrames":1,"IsDefault":false,"IsForced":false,"RealFrameRate":90000,"Type":"Video","Index":-1,"IsExternal":false,"IsTextSubtitleStream":false,"SupportsExternalStream":false,"Protocol":"File","Level":-99},{"Codec":"ac3","TimeBase":"1/90000","CodecTimeBase":"1/0","DisplayTitle":"AC3 0 ch","IsInterlaced":false,"Channels":0,"SampleRate":0,"IsDefault":false,"IsForced":false,"Type":"Audio","Index":-1,"IsExternal":false,"IsTextSubtitleStream":false,"SupportsExternalStream":false,"Protocol":"File"}],"Formats":[],"Bitrate":20000000,"RequiredHttpHeaders":{},"ReadAtNativeFramerate":false} 2020-11-11 10:31:08.714 Info App: User policy for Jamie. Carlo 4330
Hi, Devs will need the complete server log file and the ffmpeg file.
jlficken 3
Okay. I'll grab them quick. Also, it works on the Android app. Roku and Chrome both fail.ffmpeg-transcode-a3e45076-6f0c-4feb-849b-cdc46a118a61_1.txtembyserver.txt
Carlo 4330
ffmpeg log is showing Invalid frame dimensions 0x0 messages. The android app is likely ok with this while ffmpeg is not. @softworkz can you take a look at this?

Luke 37112
OK, as a test, have you tried disabling hardware acceleration in server transcoding settings?

I just tried it. Having it turned off doesn't make a difference on that specific channel as it still just sits there and spins but never starts playing.
