MartMH 0
Hi, So I'm running emby on my raspi (raspbian) on emby's newest version (4.6.0.5). When trying to stream a movie to my tv using the cast i find the device and i click on it. My device will not change screen however and neither can I click on the play button of any movie. When i try to, nothing happens at all. Logs that have to do with this issue i think: Quote 2020-11-11 08:46:43.220 Info Server: http/1.1 GET http://192.168.1.236:8096/emby/System/Configuration?X-Emby-Client=Emby Web&X-Emby-Device-Name=Firefox&X-Emby-Device-Id=TW96aWxsYS81LjAgKFdpbmRvd3MgTlQgMTAuMDsgV2luNjQ7IHg2NDsgcnY6ODIuMCkgR2Vja28vMjAxMDAxMDEgRmlyZWZveC84Mi4wfDE2MDUwODIyMDI1OTU1&X-Emby-Client-Version=4.6.0.5. Luke 37064
The symptoms suggest that although your mobile device can reach your Chromecast receiver, your Chromecast receiver cannot reach your Emby Server. Does your remote address use https?

Does your remote address use https? Hmm in what way do you mean 'use' ? I have not setup any form of ssl as far as i know and in the emby dashboard i find my local and remote address with http://, not with https:// So, if it looks for https i would not know how / why / where
