TwistedHe 0
Title says it all, but just to add, the Sony TV is using DLNA or something like that, not an installed app. I would say about 30% are not listed on TV Edited November 9, 2020 by TwistedHe

TwistedHe 0
For example the film shrek is listed and playable in Emby from my pc, phone & tablet but doesn't even get listed on our Sony TV.

Luke 37113
Ok I would take a look at the default user option under dlna settings.
TwistedHe 0
Hi, User under DLNA is set to Kids. The TV does list some other films from the kids folder of films, just not all of them. Could it be a TV profile issue?
Luke 37113
It could be, yes, if the tv doesn't support the format.
canada99 9
This is just a shot in the dark but the same thing I noticed with an external hard drive that was not formatted with ntsf. When I hooked up an external drive that was ntsf it then showed all content on all tv's and devices. Hope that helps.
