There are known problems with some builds of Android 10, so when you cannot downgrade, but you know how to install custom ROMs, I would suggest to try ROMS that are based on different builds of Android 10. pacop 0
Hi, I have these information about the build. I think these information will help you. Build number RMX2081_11_A_42 Kernel version 4.14.117 ColorOS version V7
softworkz 3340
Thanks, but RMX... is referring to the hardware, not the build. The build is QKQ1.... as I had mentioned above, but it is not an official release (if it was, it would be listed here: https://source.android.com/setup/start/build-numbers)
pacop 0
Hi, I can't get the build info. I revised the log file and i figure out this: 2020-10-15 20:45:46.344 Info App: WriteFfmpegFiles assetFolder: ffmpeg_aarch64 targetFolder: /data/user/0/com.emby.embyserver/files/ffmpeg 2020-10-15 20:45:46.345 Info App: WriteFfmpegFiles libEmbymcPath: libembymc/android-10.0.0_r2/libembymc.so 2020-10-15 20:45:46.346 Info App: Copying ffmpeg_aarch64/ffmpeg to /data/user/0/com.emby.embyserver/files/ffmpeg/ffmpeg 2020-10-15 20:45:46.588 Info App: Copying ffmpeg_aarch64/ffprobe to /data/user/0/com.emby.embyserver/files/ffmpeg/ffprobe 2020-10-15 20:45:46.824 Info App: Copying ffmpeg_aarch64/libembymc/android-10.0.0_r2/libembymc.so to /data/user/0/com.emby.embyserver/files/ffmpeg/libembymc.so Where is ffmpeg folder?, could it be the issue?. softworkz 3340
@pacop - A non-official build means that it is logically impossible to determine a corresponding official build. They could have picked components from different builds, even from different OS versions and mixed them together in whatever way. We don't know this, and I'm afraid, but I don't see anything that we could do here (other than buying the same device, installing the same ROM and spending many hours or days to investigate this).
