4K HEVC HDR looks washed out

Hi,

Using MAG425A Android box, trying to play a 4K HEVC movie, the image and colors look washed out.

If colors are washed out, it is surely transcoding. Post the transcoding log to see why.

Thanks for your reply. I sent the logs Using the send logs button in the Android TV app around 7:20pm EST, user name is Embynew. Played the video, interestingly this time the colors were accurate but the playback was glitchy.

Hi, he meant the transcodes logs which are on the server.  You can get to them from the web admin panel. 

Try doing this again and then when you see the washed out colors go to the Logs menu and grab the top most log starting with ffmpeg and upload it here.
