Kimballslice1890 6
Just purchased a new Android 10 device with a PX6 processor in it. Thing works great except for Emby when streaming it is a black screen but the audio works. Some troubleshooting done: Install beta. Issue still there Use VLC as external player. Issue still there Force transcoding to various bit rates. Issue still there Direct play compatible media. Issue still there Looking for some help here cause the main reason of obtaining this device was for emby use. I've tried plex, youtube, hulu, netflix, amazon prime video and they all work fine. I attempted from the chrome browser which worked but had a lot of dropped frames (stats for nerds section) and was very choppy. In the app is still black with perfectly fine audio. I checked to see if there were any logs in the android path provided in the pinned article and the log section is there but empty. May return the unit if it is a hardware compatibility issue. The unit is is based on a Rockchip RK3399 PX6 with 4GB of RAM running Android 10 ffmpeg-transcode-2f80e617-b361-491b-9e60-c9910b08c915_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-9b017a0b-998a-495a-bad6-c85b728013b8_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-12a8c03e-d30e-4bab-94ba-0d105c2179b0_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-62e5779b-663a-4f6c-a0a5-7a9f25bf6d96_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-da7fcdac-672c-436d-a53e-020cf0262207_1.txt

Carlo 4330
OK, just wanted to make sure you weren't just using a file or two that themselves could have issues. We'll have to see what Luke thinks after looking at the logs.
