connortb 0
Hello, Old guide data will not go away. I updated my m3u link which has all my channels. This appears in the guide and channels list but previous channels supplied with a m3u link are still present. The guide has been refreshed multiple times and I let it sit for a few days hoping it would refresh but it has nor. Is it just cached? How do I delete these old channels? Thanks! Carlo 4330
This old data should get deleted toward the end of the guide refresh. You could try removing the M3U tuner, doing a guide refresh to see if the channels are removed. Then add the M3U tuner back.
connortb 0
I've tried that but even if there is no M3U tuner associated, the old channels are still there.
Carlo 4330
Did you also try removing the guide source?

Carlo 4330
OK with the tuner and guide set back up try this. Go to the DVR menu and change the number of days to load guide data to 1. Try a guide refresh now.
connortb 0
The channels are unfortunately still there. I even restarted the server after refreshing guide data just to be sure.
Carlo 4330
Would you mind if I TeamView in and take a look and see if I can help you? If so download and install TeamViewer (teamviewer.com), install then launch it. VIA PM, send me the ID and one-time use passcode.
Carlo 4330
Problem solved. Should have asked this in the thread but didn't. The problem was NextPVR was loaded but likely not configured, but wasn't needed. Once we removed that plugin and did a server restart the refresh worked perfectly. ebr 14912
Yeah, that was my next question. This issue usually means there is a Live TV plug-in installed.
