Riggs 300
Check that all artwork providers are selected in the library settings. That image is shows but seems to me that the provider is not selected. Use all providers, TMDV Fanart, etc

Riggs 300
Ohh I think That I saw the problem. You put that documentary inside a TV Shows library, and that documentary should be treated as a movie

You can named something like "Documentaries" Planet Earth have many content, some are in series mode, and some are in movie mode. Nevermind if they come from a TV aired program. Riggs 300
And check if Emby have permissions to read and write on that directory too, just in case.
Riggs 300
Baraka's "sequel" is Samsara, however they are not treated as a collection either. Both were directed by Ron Fricke, however they are not Planet Earth material, although they have aired as such, neither is.
Solution bugmafia007 12 Posted July 11, 2020 Author Solution Share Posted July 11, 2020 In the end the solution was to create libraries named docu1 and docu2 docu 1 -movies (baraka recognized only like a movie ) docu 2 -series (planet earth\blue planet recognized only if is a tv series ) Thanks for your help @Riggs
Carlo 4330
BTW, no need to delete bif files if the movie file hasn't changed. That will just cause Emby to regenerate it again when it didn't need to.
