What's causing this playback error?

Any idea what would be causing this error?  A batch of videos were all converted the same way to H264, and all play in VLC. But this one brings up an error message in Emby while others do not.

To me it has something to do with library paths "No such file or directory".  But is odd that it can read the media info but not the file.

Should these reflect the same path? @@Luke

Either the file has gone missing, storage is disconnected, or emby server does not have permission to read the file.

Once I read that it can find the path but not the file, I knew exactly what the problem must be.  It didn't copy it into the log for some reason but the real folder name is:

/volume1/House of Wisdom/Shorts/G. W. "Billy" Bitzer/Interior New York Subway, 14th Street to 42nd Street (1905)/Interior New York Subway, 14th Street to 42nd Street (1905) - H264.mkv

Emby doesn't recognize a folder with quotation marks in it.  Once I removed those and rescanned, the file played fine.

Thanks!

Do the logs I posted above help?  It works now that the quotation marks were removed from the name.

Yes, we'll fix that shortly.

Thanks a lot for reporting!

@@Bigmack3000 - Sorry, I had mixed up cases. If you could post a hw_detection log, that would be great!

Thanks
