There are a few different links I've found. There appears to be -only one- that provides a 720p resolution stream and it is sporadic in terms of availability and performance. The lower resolution ones work more consistently, but 480p on a large display isn't terribly interesting to watch.

 

I have a very small M3U file that contains anywhere from 1-3 channels for QVC and I have added it directly as a Tuner / Source in Emby. This adds it to the full Guide/EPG that includes my OTA channels as well. No plugins.

 

If I try to play via Emby, it stutters and pauses or straight-up dies at some point. Pausing at the start of the session does not make one bit of difference because it's the buffer on the server that empties out. If I try to play via VLC, it plays fine (although sometimes it takes a very long time to initially load - these are the times when I am ALSO unable to see any program guide info for it via Xumo on my TV, or tune the channel via Xumo on my TV).
